Public service is not just a duty.
1/8ant in public administration. But at the heart of effective public service there is another important factor: national values, human dignity and responsibility to society.
It is for this purpose that in Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, within the framework of the social project "Public service based on national values", seminars and trainings were organized for the employees of the Center on the basis of a special program. In seminar-trainings: relations between citizen and state office; balance between service and personal life; corporate culture and ethical standards; management psychology; personal development and effective coping with stress; issues such as the role of national and universal values in public service are being discussed.
What was done within the project? 23 main conceptual problems in the field were identified through 3 sociological studies with the participation of 43,026 respondents.
Based on the results of the research, a special methodical media package and seminar-training program was developed for civil servants. The main idea of the project is simple: modern public service consists of increasing responsibility based on modern skills, high management culture, and national values.
