Statute of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment
General provisions
The Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment (hereinafter - the Center) is a state institution established to implement state policy in the fields of national spiritual ascent, education, and culture.
In its activities, the Center is guided by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the President, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, and this Statute.
Main tasks of the Center
- Effective organization and coordination of spiritual and educational work
- Formation of national values and spirituality among youth
- Cooperation with educational institutions and mahalla institutions
- Conducting scientific research and preparing analytical materials
Management
The Center is managed by a Director. The Director is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Property and financing
The Center's property and activities are financed from the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and from other sources not prohibited by law.
