PUBLIC SERVICE BASED ON NATIONAL VALUES
1/5The real effectiveness of the public service depends on how well it is in harmony with the history, culture and national values of its people. In this sense, the formation of a public service system based on national values is an important factor that strengthens the bridge of trust between the people and the state.
The social project "Public service based on national values" implemented by the Republican Spirituality and Enlightenment Center in cooperation with all ministries and departments since August of this year is aimed at strengthening respect and loyalty to national and universal values among civil servants, improving management culture, and developing professional and personal skills. On September 21-25, seminars and trainings organized for employees of the Ministry of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change, the National Statistics Committee and the Central Office of the Cultural Heritage Agency were held in the form of interactive dialogue and practical exercises.
570 civil servants were included in the seminar-training on the role of spiritual values in the modern civil service, working with citizens and the team, personal development, management psychology and effective stress management.
