In cooperation with the Committee of Democratic Institutions and Civil Society Development of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a roundtable discussion was held at the Republican Spirituality and Enlightenment Center on the topic of "Modern mechanisms for improving the institutional foundations of supporting civil society institutions in New Uzbekistan and developing state-society cooperation."
Deputies, representatives of civil society institutions, industry experts and Center officials participated in the event and exchanged opinions on support of civil society institutions, strengthening of state-society cooperation and modern approaches in this regard.
At the roundtable discussion, lectures were heard on the topics "Institutional basis of development of civil society institutions", "Modern mechanisms of development of state-society cooperation" and "Reforms aimed at increasing the role of civil society institutions in the life of the state and society".
In the end, the importance of implementing the suggestions and recommendations, further developing the activities of civil society institutions, and consistently continuing effective cooperation between the state and society was emphasized.
